Delivery

Orders are released for dispatch once payment has been authorised or receipt of payment has been recorded. The stated delivery times apply from the day after payment is initiated, assuming normal order volumes. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to FedEx by prior arrangement. All important documents are enclosed with the products.

Shipping Costs

Please note: Cross-border deliveries may, in individual cases, incur additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges (e.g. customs duties), which must be paid by the customer.

Shipping within Germany
